Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be considered.

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us:

  • You will lose access to all purchased products
  • We will dispute the chargeback with evidence of product delivery
  • You may be permanently banned from using the Service

Chargebacks incur significant processing fees and administrative costs. If a chargeback is reversed in our favor, you will not be entitled to any refund or product access.

10. Third-Party Payment Disputes

If you used a third-party payment method (e.g., PayPal, digital wallets), their dispute resolution policies may also apply. We recommend reviewing their policies before initiating a dispute.
